Job summary

HRM Services is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the community and maintain high standards for resident relations.

Starting pay is $17 per hour. The role emphasizes tours, rent collection, lease processing, and coordinating with staff to meet goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic technology skills (smartphone/computer).
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective residents.
• Answer phone and emails.
• Collect all required documentation and verification for lease renewals and new move‑ins and submit for approval.
• Responsible for curb appeal of property.
• Process move‑out charges and paperwork.
• Secure bids for expenditures at property.
• Achieve an effective knowledge of software programs.
• Collect rent, security deposits and application fees.
• Prepare deposits for bank and software program.
• Daily, weekly, monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work and achieve objectives.
