Job summary

Kabredlo's Property Management is seeking a driven professional to manage 200+ apartment units across Lincoln properties. This role rewards ownership, goal attainment, and problem solving in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates with experience in property management, leasing, or sales-oriented roles are welcome; prior property management experience is a plus but not required. This is a growth-focused opportunity with strong performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, management, leasing, operations, or another performance-driven role.
• A track record of meeting goals and carrying real responsibility.

Kabredlo's Property Management is looking for a driven professional to help manage 200+ apartment units across multiple Lincoln properties. This isn't an entry-level role, but property management experience isn't required. We want someone who takes ownership, hits goals, solves problems, and does well in a fast-paced environment. If you've worked in property management, leasing, sales, automotive sales, or another performance-driven role, you may be a strong fit.

What You'll Do

• Market, show, and lease apartments
• Follow up with leads and work toward occupancy goals
• Track and collect past-due rent
• Handle resident concerns and enforce lease policies
• Walk properties, spot issues, and follow them through to completion

Pay and Benefits

$50,000–$65,000 per year based on experience, plus bonus opportunities and a $3,000 hire-on bonus after 90 days.
