Job summary

Red Rock Property Management in Liberty Lake, WA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to own a 300–500 door residential portfolio. This non-onsite role manages owner communications, move-ins, and leasing across the Spokane/Liberty Lake area.

As part of a hands-on team, you will analyze rental rates, coordinate with vendors, and use Buildium or AppFolio to keep the portfolio moving. A 1+ year PM background and strong communication are required; salary ranges from $55,000–$60,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent property management experience required.
• Experience with single-family and multifamily properties preferred.
• Commercial property management experience a plus.
• Buildium and/or AppFolio experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume workload.
• Confident handling difficult conversations and decisions.
• Dependable, energetic and solutions-oriented; takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 300–500 door residential portfolio (not onsite).

PROPERTY MANAGER: Liberty Lake, WA | Full-Time | 300–500 Door Portfolio

Are you an experienced Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to take ownership?

Red Rock Property Management is looking for a driven, dependable, and highly organized Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a non-onsite position based out of our Liberty Lake headquarters, managing a portfolio of approximately 300–500 single-family and multifamily units throughout the area.

This is a hands‑on role with a lot of variety. No two days look exactly the same. You may be handling owner communications in the morning, conducting a move‑in, addressing an escalated resident issue, making delinquency calls, marketing a vacancy, analyzing rental rates, or jumping in your car to solve a property issue.

What We're Looking For

This is not a slow‑paced, predictable PM role. Property management can be challenging, and this position requires someone who can stay organized, communicate well, handle pressure, and keep moving when the day doesn't go according to plan.
