We are a newly developed residential building offering a unique blend of short-term, long-term, and Airbnb rental accommodations. Our mission is to deliver a seamless, hotel-like experience for short-term residents while creating a warm, welcoming environment that makes long-term residents feel right at home. We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of our dynamic and growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in hotel and/or property management, as well as a talent for outreach marketing, with a proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional experience for residents.
Position Overview:
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our community, managing a diverse portfolio of rental units. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader and team player with a positive attitude, a passion for hospitality, and a strong background in hotel and/or property management. You’ll ensure that short-term residents enjoy a top-tier stay, while long-term residents experience the comfort and consistency of home—all while remaining fully compliant with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee all property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, housekeeping, and resident services
·Manage Airbnb listings and ensure compliance with platform standards
·Handle resident communications, reservations, check-ins/outs, and issue resolution
·Lead, train, and motivate a small on-site team to meet service and performance goals
·Monitor occupancy rates and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
·Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cleaning crews
·Ensure the property is well-maintained and always meets brand standards
·Maintain accurate records, reports, and property management systems
·Enforce lease agreements and community policies for residents
Qualifications:
·Strong background in hotel management and/or property management
·Proven ability to manage short-term rental platforms, especially Airbnb
·Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
·Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
·Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management and booking software (Appfolio preferred)
·Customer-focused with a professional and positive demeanor
·Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
