What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to Property Managers for the management of assigned retail properties
- Interact with tenants to ensure satisfaction and effective communication between tenants and building staff
- Assist with budgets, financial reports, collections, and tracking certificates of insurance
- Ensure compliance with all company processes, procedures, and platforms
- Actively contribute to a diverse and talented team, fostering a positive workplace culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team, preferably in retail
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Experience working with property management financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
