Job summary

GLR Companies, Inc. is a full-service property management firm serving the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area. We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Cleveland-area property, ensuring a well-maintained community for residents.

You will manage leasing, renewals, resident relations, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, and handle budgets, rent collection, and reporting while ensuring fair housing compliance and strong occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience (multifamily preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of fair housing regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software (we use ADP/industry-standard platforms).
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and genuine care for the communities you manage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property or portfolio, ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming community for residents/tenants
