Job summary

Samazon Staffing in Charlotte is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 200+ unit community and deliver outstanding resident service. You will manage finances, set rents, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.

Key duties include supervising site team, handling invoices, and coordinating leasing, marketing and retention efforts. Yardi experience preferred; strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage & operate the property within the financial guidelines.
• Oversee marketing, maintenance and retention strategies and communications.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee interviewing, onboarding, coaching and supervision of all community staff.
• Set rental rates, oversee collections and financial duties (budgeting, deposits, reporting, etc.).
• Approve & submit invoices from all service providers.
• Maintain knowledge of competition.
• Handle all escalated concerns.
• Walk property daily looking for maintenance and resident issues.
• Regular & predictable attendance with professional appearance and attitude.
• Efficient & timely processing of all forms, reports and administrative info.
• Ability to connect with long-term residents.

This is a small firm in Charlotte looking to expand. Property is 200+ units. Yardi experience preferred.

The Property Manager is a dynamic position that will provide key office support in all areas of property management. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the community and have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
