Job summary

Morningstar Properties is seeking a Property Manager to lead Morningstar Storage on-site in Kannapolis, NC. You will drive occupancy, manage daily operations, and deliver strong financial results while maintaining a welcoming, well-kept property.

You will recruit and coach a small team, analyze market data, and execute local marketing. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's is preferred. Travel and weekends may be required. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment required for occasional tasks.
• Sales and customer service experience required (property management, retail, hospitality, or service background).
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills with a business‑minded approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willingness to work some weekends and travel for training as needed.
• Pre‑employment background check required.
