Job summary

The Wynne at S2 Residential seeks a Property Manager to lead a team of leasing agents and coordinate with maintenance to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will drive revenue, mentor staff, and solve challenges to support residents and the community.

You’ll develop strategies for challenging markets, monitor budgets for ROI, and report risks and opportunities to the executive team, while upholding our core values and reputation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws (e.g., Fair Credit Reporting Act, ADA, Landlord-Tenant Law, OSHA).
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure work orders and turns meet S2 standards.
• Increase occupancy and maintain resident retention.

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents, ensuring they meet their performance goals

• Develop and execute new strategies to succeed in increasingly challenging markets

• Report to the executive team on key business risks and opportunities

Our Hours

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Property Manager position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the Property’s needs and resident activities.

Physical Demands

• Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
• Ability to walk several acres to tour community.
• Some lifting; up to 25lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time.
