Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Cloverdale, California is seeking a Guest Relations team member to assist guests and residents with information in person and by phone, ensuring smooth operations across the property.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to respond to inquiries, process payments, and coordinate maintenance requests, contributing to a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Hourly: $16.90 - $18.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
