Job summary

Dwell Vacations is seeking a hands-on operations lead on Hilton Head Island to partner with homeowners and guests. You will ensure properties are guest-ready, address issues quickly, and drive performance improvements while maintaining high owner trust and satisfaction.

In this role you will troubleshoot maintenance issues in real time, conduct property inspections, and monitor KPIs across guest experience and property condition, collaborating with onboarding and field teams to bring homes

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, or related field.
• 3+ years in operations or field-based support roles.
• Hands-on experience with property upkeep, housekeeping, or maintenance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort using technology (mobile apps, systems, and tools)
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000

Position Summary

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the center of our homeowner and guest experience.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to homeowners, helping them understand their property performance while finding ways to elevate their investment. At the same time, you’ll be in the field ensuring homes are guest‑ready, issues are solved quickly, and standards are consistently exceeded.
