Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead and mentor a team of Leasing Agents, ensure maintenance turns meet S2 standards, and drive occupancy while maximizing resident satisfaction. You’ll analyze budgets, report risks and opportunities to executives, and host resident engagement events to strengthen community ties.

The role requires 2+ years in property management, strong organizational skills, knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws (FCRA, ADA, Landlord-Tenant Law, OSHA).
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure timely work orders and turns.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy and resident retention.
• Monitor and approve budgets for maximum ROI.
