Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team of Leasing Agents and align maintenance with company standards. You will drive occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction while managing budgets and communicating risks to the executive team.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and a valid driver's license. ResMan experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• ResMan knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to complete work orders and turns to S2 standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and retention.
• Approve and monitor budget expenditures for ROI.
