Job summary

S2 Residential in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, present our community, and convert tours into leases. This full-time onsite role supports a team focused on resident experience and property marketing.

You will process applications, verify income and employment, coordinate events, and ensure compliance with fair housing. The role requires reliable transportation and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Leasing Agent in multifamily properties or 2 years in customer service.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and listening skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour, show and close on qualified residents.
• Process income, rental and employment to verify qualifications.
• Engage with residents through events and online marketing.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and property policies.
• Walk the property, maintain the model apartments and office.
