Job summary

MLP Management LLC is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager at Aventura at Towne Centre in Ellisville, MO. The role involves overseeing leasing, budgeting, financial reporting, and leading a site team to maintain a high standard of property presentation.

Responsibilities include generating leases, managing social media programs, marketing apartments, and providing rent recommendations. Yardi experience is required, and candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family experience is required.
• Ability to effectively lead a team and work independently.
• Strong organization and time management skills; ability to multitask.

• Oversee and adhere to company accounting directives including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Complete lease generation and execution and related administrative tasks.
• Oversee social media programs and market and lease apartments.
• Maintain market information and provide rent/concession recommendations.
• Ensure property is clean and presentable; supervise monthly reporting.
• Supervise site personnel, including coaching and training.

A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager at Aventura at Towne Centre. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and adhere to all appropriate company accounting directives including accounts payables, receivables, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Complete necessary administrative tasks including lease generation and execution
• Oversee social media programs
• Market and Lease Apartments
• Maintain and update market information and provide recommendations on rents and concessions
• Ensure the property is being maintained in a clean and presentable condition
• Complete and submit all required monthly reporting
• Supervise all site personnel including developing, coaching, and training

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of Multi-Family Experience
• Ability to effectively lead a team
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment, have excellent organization, and possess strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Current and valid driver's license
• Previous Yardi experience required
