Job summary

DTN in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Property Manager who will act as the CEO at each property within your assigned portfolio, leading the team to meet property objectives and ensure satisfaction for residents, team members, and owners.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, develop and manage annual property and capital budgets, oversee advertising and marketing, and maintain brand standards while staying informed on local market trends and performance.

Qualifications

• Track record in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Financial acumen with experience managing to a P&L statement.
• An eye for detail, ensuring our properties and team members consistently represent the brand.
• Experience with or the ability to learn technology and operating software used at DTN communities including Yardi, Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point.
• Availability at night and on weekends at various times during the year.
• Reliable transportation to get to work daily and to conduct daily job responsibilities.

Job Summary
