Heirloom Property Management is seeking a Property Manager in the Duluth area to lead customer-facing property operations with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This role emphasizes problem solving, communication with owners, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth property performance.

The position is full-time, on-site, with on-call rotation and a strong focus on customer service, inspections, and maintenance oversight.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role required.
• College education required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain details and follow process for monthly and annual tasks.

Property Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be of the age of 18 or older
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must have the ability to pass a background check
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
• Must have basic computer skill abilities and be proficient in a variety of online platforms
