Job summary

CADET PROPERTY & ASSOCIATION MANAGE is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee assigned commercial and/or residential properties, aiming for high occupancy, profitability, and tenant satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will advertise vacancies, show properties, qualify tenants, hold open houses, process payments, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with housing laws. A PM or Real Estate license plus strong communication and negotiation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities.
• Hold open houses.
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references.
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts.
• Respond to tenant inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and housing trends.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals.
• Inspect properties and schedule maintenance/repairs.
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.
