Mutual Housing Management in Davis, CA seeks a Tax Credit Property Manager – Sakura to lead operations across two affordable multifamily communities. You will oversee staff, vendors, and resident relations, ensuring HUD/LIHTC compliance and strong occupancy while maintaining fiscal oversight.

The role requires 2+ years in property management with affordable housing, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in property management with affordable housing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance (HUD, LIHTC, Tax Credit, etc.).
• PSH experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Certified Property Manager or similar certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office a plus.

Responsibilities

Position: Tax Credit Property Manager – Sakura

Location:

Davis, CA

Hours:

Full Time Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation:

$29.86 - $32.95 per hour, depending on experience
