The role requires 5+ years in commercial property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi, MRI, and AVID.

We're hiring an experienced Property Manager to support our growing Charlotte-market portfolio — 11 active projects totaling 6.5M SF across Charlotte, Concord, Rock Hill, and Raleigh. This role reports to the VP & Director of Asset Management.

• $80K+ base (depending on experience), plus bonus

What You'll Do
