Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable property manager in Charleston, SC to oversee daily operations of assigned properties and drive leasing efficiency. You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, handle resident concerns, and manage lease processes including annual re-certifications.

The role requires at least 2+ years in affordable housing with LIHTC or Section 8, strong Fair Housing knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with learning new software.
