Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC seeks an experienced property manager in Bozeman to lead site teams, drive lease-ups, and oversee operations. You will manage staff performance, budgets, and resident relations while ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Property management experience preferred; affordable housing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage the community's revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met.
• Maintain accurate resident records and handle rent postings, deposits, fees, and A/P functions.
• Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents.
• Complete building inspections and ensure property standards are met.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and ensure timely completion.
• Promote resident satisfaction and serve as a resource for resident concerns and resolutions.
• Perform reporting and administrative tasks with high attention to detail.

Compensation: $53,000 to $55,000 annually +$500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff

• Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits, fees, and all A/P functions


• Follows all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents


• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards


• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident's requests have been completed


• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution


• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus


• Valid Driver's license is required


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)


• Management or Supervisor experience is required


• Property management experience is preferred


• Affordable Housing experience is a plus


• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner


• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
