Job summary

Toonen Companies Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. The portfolio consists of 700 units and a dedicated team across leasing, maintenance and housekeeping.

You will lead the team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive occupancy through proactive management. This role requires 5+ years of property management experience, managing at least 500 units, and knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of leasing, maintenance and housekeeping professionals.

• Regular inspection of apartment homes and grounds.
• Manage the resident move-in/move-out process through timely scheduling of vendors, maintenance and housekeeping services.
• Maximize occupancy through resident retention.
• Investigate and resolve any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule vendors for turns.
• Assist leasing staff with answering phones, showing apartments, and lease signings.
• Follow company policies, fair housing laws and regulations, and landlord/tenant laws.
