Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Appleton. The portfolio consists of 700 units.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and energetic with a constant friendly and helpful attitude.

Candidates with direct relevant experience in the property management field may start at a pay rate higher than what is posted here.
