Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance for up to 15 centers. You will lead light construction, repair tasks, and exterior space upkeep to ensure safe, welcoming environments.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage work orders, monitor contracts, and support audits and regulatory visits. A High School diploma and 2+ years' facilities experience are required, with strong communication and budgeting mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant facilities experience.
• Proficient in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities.
• Budget-minded and customer service oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to increase knowledge in the field and stay up to date on new processes and systems.
• Flexibility in schedule to occasionally complete tasks outside of normal business hours.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to 15 locations' site maintenance and management.
• Perform light construction and maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers).
• Maintain exterior spaces and manage playground vendor.
• Manage work order system for internal requests.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and monitor their performance.
• Monitor contractual obligations and support audits/regulatory visits.

What will you be doing?

• Total site(s) maintenance and management of up to 15 locations
• Light construction and/or maintenance to include, but not limited to: construction, carpentry, plumbing (most common), electrical, painting, flooring, pest treatment, and other general repairs
• Small appliance troubleshooting and repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
• Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds
• Work order management system for internal requests
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage their performance
• Monitor contractual obligations
• Support the centers through Audits, Regulatory Visits, Initiatives, Compliance violations, Fleet Compliance, etc.
