Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Budd Lake, NJ is hiring a full-time classroom educator to provide safe supervision for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, and to deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards.

You will partner with families to plan care and education, maintain a warm, clean environment, and communicate effectively with parents. No evenings or weekends; join a growing team with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA credential or Head Teacher certification or 15 credits in ECE courses.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills; able to multitask and work within regular operating hours.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?
