Job summary

BrightPath Kids is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance across up to 15 centers in the Cincinnati metro area. You will handle light construction, repairs, and external space upkeep while liaising with vendors and managing work orders to keep facilities compliant and operational.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in facilities, with strong English communication and a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain total site responsibilities for up to 15 locations.
• Perform light construction and maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, pest treatment, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair small appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers).
• Oversee exterior spaces and playground vendor management.
• Manage work orders in the internal system.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and monitor performance.
• Monitor contractual obligations.
• Support centers during audits, regulatory visits, initiatives, and compliance efforts.

What will you be doing?

• Total site(s) maintenance and management of up to 15 locations
• Light construction and/or maintenance to include, but not limited to: construction, carpentry, plumbing (most common), electrical, painting, flooring, pest treatment, and other general repairs
• Small appliance troubleshooting and repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
• Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds
• Work order management system for internal requests
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage their performance
• Monitor contractual obligations
• Support the centers through Audits, Regulatory Visits, Initiatives, Compliance violations, Fleet Compliance, etc.
