Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Cincinnati Metro Area is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance across up to 15 locations, perform light construction, and manage vendor relationships.

You will troubleshoot appliances, maintain exterior spaces, and ensure compliance with audits and regulatory visits while supporting operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required
• Proficient in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities
• Budget-minded and customer service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Willingness to increase knowledge in the field and stay up to date on new processes and systems
• Flexibility in schedule to occasionally complete tasks outside of normal business hours
• Proficiency in functional written and oral English is required.

Responsibilities

• Total site maintenance and management of up to 15 locations
• Light construction and/or maintenance including carpentry, plumbing (most common), electrical, painting, flooring, pest treatment and other general repairs
• Small appliance troubleshooting and repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
• Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds
• Work order management system for internal requests
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage their performance
• Monitor contractual obligations
• Support the centers through Audits, Regulatory Visits, Initiatives, Compliance violations, Fleet Compliance, etc.
