Job summary

BrightPath Kids in the Cincinnati metro area is hiring a Facilities Maintenance role responsible for up to 15 locations. You will perform light construction and general repairs, troubleshoot appliances, and manage exterior spaces including playgrounds.

Strong vendor coordination is essential to maintain contracts and compliance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in facilities work, excellent communication, and a service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant facilities experience.
• Proficient in multiple trades and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and managing schedules.
• Ability to stay current with processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Total site(s) maintenance and management of up to 15 locations.
• Light construction/maintenance across trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Small appliance troubleshooting and repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.).
• Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds.
• Work order management system for internal requests.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage performance.
• Monitor contractual obligations.
• Support centers through audits, regulatory visits, initiatives, compliance issues, fleet compliance.

What will you be doing?

• Total site(s) maintenance and management of up to 15 locations
• Light construction and/or maintenance to include, but not limited to: construction, carpentry, plumbing (most common), electrical, painting, flooring, pest treatment, and other general repairs
• Small appliance troubleshooting and repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
• Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds
• Work order management system for internal requests
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage their performance
• Monitor contractual obligations
• Support the centers through Audits, Regulatory Visits, Initiatives, Compliance violations, Fleet Compliance, etc.

• Proficient in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities
