About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing strategic initiatives, standardizing operational processes, and enhancing performance across our properties. You’ll lead internal communications, manage key performance metrics, and support regulatory compliance through cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee strategic initiatives across the property management portfolio
  • Standardize and document operational processes
  • Lead and mentor the Communications & Experience Specialist
  • Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitate weekly performance review calls with site and regional teams
  • Manage internal communications and ensure consistent messaging
  • Support compliance efforts for inspections and audits
  • Assist with budget preparation and bonus metric reviews

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in operations or property management leadership
  • Strong background in data analysis and performance reporting
  • Proven experience managing internal communications
  • Proficiency in RealPage OneSite, Smartsheet, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed and meet insurability standards for driving
