Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Easton, MD to manage preventive and corrective maintenance on store assets, coordinate with vendors, and align work with financial goals. You will lead a team, ensure safety procedures, and support remodel initiatives while delivering reliable asset care.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, strong communication, and 1+ years of technical education in related fields, with the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or similar
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing preferred
• Strong vendor management and accountability skills
• Excellent communication and ability to use technology and devices
• Able to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Identify and safely perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment
• Complete work within compliance standards and Target guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Align projects with PM priorities and financial goals
• Support in special projects, remodels, and asset service strategies
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and PPE is used
• Lead and train store teams on workload priorities and asset care
