Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in East Peoria, IL to oversee asset care, maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will drive safe, efficient work orders while supporting remodels and asset performance across the store environment.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic technical training, and strong communication and leadership skills. Expect a fast-paced, physically demanding schedule with variable hours and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Train and supervise store team on safety and procedures.
• Manage workload, coordinate with vendors, and monitor asset care and maintenance.
• Lead safety practices and ensure work orders are completed safely and efficiently.
