Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Charleston, SC to oversee maintenance of store assets and ensure projects stay on budget and schedule. You will guide team members, manage vendor relationships, and prioritize work orders while focusing on guest experience and store operations.

The role requires 1+ years of technical education or related experience, hands-on use of power tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or better.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Experience with building assets and safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and cost control.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and staff training is provided.
