Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field (2-3 years completed).

Responsibilities

• Process and code all accounts payable invoices.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time and review past due invoices.
• Send rent statements to tenants.
• Collect rent and minimize accounts receivable balances.
• Provide lease administration services including lease abstraction and file maintenance.
• Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI) and notify tenants/vendors of expirations.
• Maintain COI spreadsheets detailing insured parties and policy expirations.
• Generate contracts for services per GM direction.
• Complete assigned financial reporting tasks for client requirements.
• Assist GM in preparing the annual asset plan and budget.
• Provide QA on contracted vendors as requested by GM.
• Participate in the property's Emergency Response Plan and procedures.
• Assist Move-In/Move-Out processes and procedures.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Administer tenant relations programs and events.
• Handle tenant issues regarding maintenance or service requests promptly.
• Other duties as assigned by the GM.
