Blue Door Living, LLC is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across property management, leasing, accounting, maintenance, and sales teams in southern New Hampshire, including Manchester. Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong operational, organizational, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfort working across multiple software platforms, with AppFolio experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Property Management, Leasing, and Accounting teams daily.
• Coordinate with maintenance and sales to align property care and operations.
• Manage monthly owner disbursement and monitor owner account balances.
• Communicate owner reports and asset information to clients; onboard new clients.
• Oversee leasing, PMA renewals, and evictions with proper processes.
• Maintain organizational systems for accurate records and prompt resident issue resolution.
• Support company culture and core values.
