Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers to evaluate AI-generated property management content and workflows. You will apply your real-world expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial properties and associations to ensure accuracy and practicality.

This part‑time role starts immediately and runs for approximately 4–6 weeks, with a payment model based on tasks and later an hourly workflow for completed tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or another closely related property or association management role.
• Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

About the Role
