Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers to evaluate AI-generated property management content and workflows, drawing on real-world expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial properties and community associations.

You will assess budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, governance documents, and related artifacts for quality and accuracy; compare AI outputs on financial soundness, regulatory compliance, and feasibility; and provide

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Property Manager or closely related role.
Experience planning, directing, or coordinating leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of real estate properties or community associations.
Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated property budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, association governance documents, and other property management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
Compare AI-produced responses based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility.
Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters and provide expert feedback.
