Job summary

Affinity is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Station at Elm Creek to handle leasing activities, resident relations, and full-cycle lease processing. The role involves in-office duties and hands-on property inspections, with a focus on high-quality service and compliance.

You will work under the Property Manager to advertise the property, tour prospective residents, and help manage delinquency and vendor invoices while maintaining occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family property management
• Bachelor or higher degree not required (HS diploma accepted)
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and CRM systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel

Responsibilities

• Comply with Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Advertise and promote the property
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
• Assist Property Manager with delinquency process
• Assist Property Manager with processing vendor invoices
• Maintain resident occupancy at or near 95%
