Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Advanced math skills and ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental and financial activities.
• Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of contract information across systems.
• Review vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, and AR processes.
• Train new team members on policies, procedures, and governance.
• Support onboarding and client termination processes.
