Job summary

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Hazeltine Shores Townhomes in Chaska, MN. Walk-in interviews are Wednesdays 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with an hourly rate starting at $19.00. On-site living is not required, but living on-site offers a rent discount. You will assist the Site Manager to operate the rental office and maintain optimum occupancy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state and federal tenant/landlord laws (Fair Housing).
• Market and lease apartments to achieve occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects and residents with professional courtesy.
• Maintain professional communications with residents and partners.
• Process rental applications and screening procedures.
• Maintain complete resident files in a neat, professional manner.
• Assist in keeping daily and weekly reports up to date.
• Understand water/gas meter shut-offs and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in operating the rental office.
• Help achieve and maintain optimum occupancy of rental units.
• Provide excellent resident relations and timely communications.
