Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks an Associate Property Manager in Incline Village, NV. This apprenticeship role pairs hands-on operational responsibility with mentorship from experienced Property Managers.

You will support property care, inspections, and coordination while learning portfolio management, revenue strategies, and homeowner relationships. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or related fields, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to learn property management systems and mobile tools.
• Professional judgment and emotional intelligence when interacting with owners, guests, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of property management.
• Conduct routine and pre-arrival property inspections; document findings and follow up.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure homes meet brand and quality standards.
• Perform light home maintenance as needed.
• Assist with turnover readiness, punch lists, and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor property condition trends and escalates concerns to the Property Manager.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in CRM and property management systems.
• Submit and track work orders; ensure timely completion and quality follow-through.
• Partner with appropriate teams as needed on portfolio needs.
• Support new property onboarding as needed.
• Assist with compliance items as needed.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on Homeowner relationship management, Guest experience standards, and operational excellence and leadership skills.
• Shadow senior Property Managers to learn full portfolio ownership and decision-making.
• Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
