Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, or related field preferred.

• Tech-savvy with ability to learn property management systems and mobile tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of property management.
• Conduct routine property inspections; identify areas for improvement and document findings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure homes meet brand standards.
• Perform light home maintenance as needed.
• Assist with turnover readiness and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor property condition trends and escalate concerns to the Property Manager.
