Job summary

Selectemp in Eugene, Oregon is seeking an Applications Processor to support property management teams. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday, full-time schedule with a pay range of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.

ASAP start date and room for growth in administration and leasing processes. You will handle tenant communications, coordinate with owners and vendors, and maintain accurate records in systems like AppFolio or TenantTech, contributing to efficient daily operations and excellent customer

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or customer service.
Strong communication and exceptional customer service.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work with a team.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to property management teams and assist with daily operations.
Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Support leasing procedures, tenant communications, and documentation management.
Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, scheduling, and maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate property and tenant records while entering data into systems such as AppFolio or TenantTech.
