Qualifications

• At least one year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal background.
• Proficiency with computer, software and smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic repairs and property turnaround work.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct virtual and in-person property inspections.
• Log repair needs in the internal maintenance system and coordinate with vendors.
