Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep in apartments, common areas, and amenities. The role involves prepping vacant units for new residents, painting, cleaning, and carpet care, plus preventive maintenance and grounds work to keep properties attractive and safe.

You will handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks, operating common tools like drills and saws, and work under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity areas.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, including painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
• Assist in cleaning tasks and monitor grounds; maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.
• Order supplies as needed and support annual Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Handle tasks from supervisor, including grounds work, painting, and minor repairs.
• Maintain property appearance and assist with moving furniture or storage as required.
