Job summary

The Breeden Company seeks a Service Technician in Chesapeake, VA to perform maintenance across Woodbriar Apartments. You will handle turns, preventative maintenance, building and grounds upkeep, and respond quickly to resident requests.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a 48-hour work order completion standard and 24-hour on-call rotation as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior apartment maintenance experience, and a willingness to obtain HVAC CMPR or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior apartment maintenance or similar work experience.
• HVAC certification is advantageous but not required; company supports training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Available to work on weekends.
