Qualifications

• Experience performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to inspect properties regularly and proactively address maintenance needs.
• Proven track record of responding promptly to maintenance requests with timely, high-quality resolutions.
• Strong communication with property managers, homeowners, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform general exterior maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, homeowners, and other team members to provide updates and clarify project requirements.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report on project progress using our maintenance software.
