Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Little Canada, MN to support the Community Manager by delivering effective maintenance and prompt resident service.

The role includes preventive maintenance, inspections, and keeping secure records of all work performed. You will perform repairs on building systems and assist with move-in/move-out inspections, while ensuring safety and quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
• Excellent references
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance
• Class C Boiler’s License and/or EPA I Universal License for HVAC

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs of resident requests promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per Community Manager.
• Inspect plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
