Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance of the property uniform.
• Comply with safety policies and standards.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop at the close of each workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs and respond to service requests.

Skills

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools
