A property management firm is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain property buildings and grounds. This full-time position offers $25.00 to $30.00 per hour with benefits including vacation, health programs, and a 401K. Formación

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of property.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Handle lock‑outs as a result of evictions.
